Classic Bordeaux Wines is a trading name for Alpha Invest Worldwide S.L. All payments should be made to Alpha Invest Worldwide S.L.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling unless stated otherwise.
All invoices shall be made and settled in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise agreed prior to sale.
Quantity
Quantity is agreed prior to sale and confirmed by invoice after sale agreement.
Payment
All payments are due on receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed prior to sale.
Interest on overdue accounts may be charged at five percent above the lending rate of Barclays bank.
We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid orders at any time after their due date.
Title
Written confirmation of orders will be issued together with an invoice prior to payment.
Title of bottled wines to be held in bond will be issued direct, usually within twenty-eight days of sale completion.
En-primeur
Invoice provides allocation confirmation. Once bottled, title will be issued as above.
